The Touch Line range, including four ovens (taking 5, 7, 11, 20, 1/1 GN-pans), is the latest development from Tecnoeka, and offers high performance and top efficiency. Suitable to accomodate seven 1/1 GN pans, the EKF 711 TC model is suitable for cooking meat roasts, roast beef, chicken, lasagna, fish and vegetables. A compact minimal design, it is fitted with two bi-directional motors and direct steam. Following innovations and technological solutions common to the entire Touch range stand out: touch control screen panel, suitable to store up to 240 recipes and three cooking steps for each recipe (automatic, manual, semistatic); fast cooling of the cooking chamber, with stop at 45°C; autoreverse motors; air distribution inside the cooking chamber with automatic reverse rotation control of the fan; LED bar for lighting up the cooking chamber. Inspectable air carter for easier cleaning of the blowers, thanks to the convenient book-like door. The door hinges are adjustable for an optimal seal integrity. Direct fumes/steam exhaust removes excess moisture from the cooking chamber by forced air convection; the cooking chamber is fitted for automatic washing. The oven is fitted with an internal system for cooling the motor and the electronic components compartment. All parts are certified and internationally approved. Next to the CB certification, all ovens are IPX5 certified.
