Sagitta 12121P is part of Comac electropneumatic monoblock family for glass bottles: these are modular machines consisting of different sizes/types of rinsers, fillers and cappers, according to the customer requirements.

More capping machines can be added, in order to treat different closures like crowns, corks and wirehoods, ROPP etc. The footprint is reduced and linear, one single conveyor runs along all the stations that don’t have the same pitch and are not phased together: this allows high flexibility in the machine control.

Peculiarity of the filling station is the Comac electropneumatic filling valve, which guarantees high performance and flexibility with reduced maintenance, achieved due to the minimized wear and tear of parts, such as gaskets and the integrated fluid control valves. Each valve can be programmed and managed separately from the others – In this way, small filling differences can be corrected on the fly, in order to achieve a perfect and steady filling process.

The electropneumatic monoblocks manufactured by Comac are specifically engineered to match the standard requirements of the microbreweries and the small output filling lines in general.
