A key parameter in the beverage manufacturing industry is dissolved oxygen. The measurement of oxygen is essential to ensure the quality and shelf-life of the product.

Maselli offers innovative in-line and portable solutions to measure accurately the levels of this gaseous element, as the UG01 oxygen analyzer.

This 100% in-line instrument ensures continuous monitoring of the oxygen level during the production of soft drinks, beer and wine. The analyzer can be installed at various points in the process line; it is available as a stand-alone unit or it can be integrated into the company’s complete in-line analysis systems for soft drinks (IB08), beer and wine (BA06).

The LP20-Oxygen analyzer, on the other hand, is an easy-to-use, portable instrument for fast measurements of DO levels; for the sampling, it can be plugged into tanks or piping directly. This analyzer provides a clear view of the entire process, allowing timely corrective actions and reducing waste of time, resources and money. Both analyzers can be integrated according to 4.0 requirements.
