The only ones in Italy with UL certification, Topflight membrane switches are constructed of progressive layers with thin film materials, printed, die-cut and bonded together to form a single thin-profile panel. Suitable for use in the most difficult conditions, because their circuits and contacts are perfectly sealed, making them moisture-proof rust-proof, and dust-proof. In the food sector, they provide for high hygiene, preventing the development of moulds of other micro-organisms. Produced only in compliance to specific customer requests, membrane switches leaving great freedom to the designer’s creativity concerning graphics, dimensions, colours and shapes. The aesthetic layer is printed below the material surface, providing for high resistance to scratches and wear. The thermoformed material can be embossed, and allows the creation of transparent areas for coloured windows, filters for anti-reflex and anti-scratch displays. Even keyboards with LEDS directly embedded in the circuit of the membrane switch are available.
