Tecnodom proposes two new oven models of the Nerone series: EKO and MID, entirely designed and manufactured in Italy with the aim of fighting the Indian-Asian competition offering quality at competitive prices. The MID line with two cavities has grids for 4/5/6/7/10 GN 1/1 trays, is available in mechanical or digital version. Digital ovens are equipped with electronic control with cooking programs, water injection in the cooking chamber, core probe providing for uniform cooking of pizza and other ovenable products as well as fish, meat and other deli specialities.The main characteristics are: inside and outside made of stainless steel with external scotch bright finishing; cooking chamber with round corners; double motor and double fan; internal global diffusion ventilation system; stainless steel tubolar handle; 60 minute timer; 280°C thermostat; internal lighting; cold glass door with removable internal glass (low emissivity); removable anti-tipping guides support; interlocking door gasket.
