The Stream Plus rotating trolley oven produced by LF-Logiudice can be equipped with a heat exchanger or front resistances. The façade and external panelling, baking chamber and door are in stainless steel.
Inside the baking chamber, in the wall opposite the heat exchanger, there are hot air louvers with slats for fast, accurate baking calibration. Two vertical ducts, incorporated in the door, ensure constant steam extraction inside the chamber during baking and are connected directly to the steam extractor hood.
The hood has an inclined, removable protection grille to prevent condensation from dripping off it. The oven, which weighs from 2,050 to 3,205 kg and has 18 trays having a cooking surface ranging from 10.9 to 25.9 m2, features a touch screen control panel.
