Minipan, international firm specialising in the construction of bread and pastry machines, extended its range with the new machine for the production of bread sticks, taralli, bread snacks and other types of extruded snacks. The extrusion head, specifically designed for this type of products, smoothly handles the dough and deposits it on the conveyor belt. A specific forming unit can be used to produce “Taralli” or it can by-passed to allow high-speed wire-cutting of bread sticks as well as any other type of bread snack. The resulting products are automatically deposited onto a pan. Thanks to its proven versatility, this machine can produce bread snacks as well as biscuits and cookies.
