Ferbox produces refrigerating rooms for the milk industry, processing chambers and storage areas for the production and storage of cheese and other dairy products. All plants comply with existing hygiene standards, in order to provide customers a performing and safe product. The panels are manufactured with Glasbord panels, a rolled section reinforced by fiberglass and Surfaseal finishing. This laminate offers high resistance to moulds, bumps and chemical and corrosive substances as well as to dampness and stains. The high stability contributes to maintain its brightness over time. The smooth non-porous surface blocks bacterial growth. In the cleanliness Kemlite tests it proved to be ten times better than a common FRP panel. This product meets the USDA/FSIS requirements; it may also be produced self-extinguishing if a fire resistant 1 class product is needed. Thanks to the Surfaseal treatment the panels are more resistant and easy to clean, providing for high hygiene.
