ALbelt open-based systems from ALtech can label a variety of products.  ALbelt Heavy Duty is a special version designed for the food industry combining sturdy structure and sophisticated technology.  The system applies simultaneously one top label onto two different products (such as package of toast bread and hamburger, even in different formats) by means of one two-way belt conveyor. On each section two label applicators ALritma M (for up to 200 mm width) are installed; they are controlled by a non-stop control system that ensures continuous label application. When the roll on the first units ends, the control stops it and enables the second unit, allowing the replacement of the roll without stopping the machine. The same logic applies also to the second section, as the two non-stop controls are independent. The equipment is controlled by a display touch screen (9”), providing for an excellent compromise between compactness and readability.
