Tornado is the mixer proposed by Bovo, featuring a powerful cutting head suitable for crushing, cutting, blending in just a few minutes 3 to 30 litres of product. The Basic model is the most cost effective; it is equipped with a motor running at 12,000 r.p.m., controlled via inverter, and standard blending head. The 1.1 model features a loading cell suitable for weighing up to 50 kg with a division per gram.  The 1.2 model is connected to a computer through a software that allows to control even warehouse, label printing, production batches, and nutritional values. The last born is model 2.0 with touch screen, for the storage and handling of recipes through the integrated scale. An extensive range of blending heads is available for this mixer, for mixing jams, tomato sauce or yoghurt. It can crush clots created with emulsifiers and stabilisers, and it can quickly hydrate and dissipate a variety of powders in liquids, obtaining a homogeneous product free from clots.
