Injection-mold grips to withstand operating temperatures from -30 to +80°C, the stackable grids used for the maturing of cured meats and cheeses are produced by Avioincar in white or blue food-grade polypropylene.
The dimensions are 760x580x210/180/150 mm. Recommended for cheeses of various types, they allow optimal ventilation of the product, allowing better seasoning and less mold formation. Built on the basis of Europallets standards, the grids allows easy and comfortable handling inside the refrigerated cells as well as in seasoning and salting cells.
The construction material can be easily washed with chlorinated basic solutions or acid solutions (at 1/2%). Nitric acid solutions are not recommended, because they deteriorate the quality of the plastic material over time.
