Manara proposes TFI steam generator with horizontal smoke tubes, productivity from 50 to 700 kg/h, and design pressure from 5 to 11.77 bars. Free from licensed operators, pressurized, it provides 90% output. Fully automatic and completely steel coated, it is equipped with concealed electrical system. CE (European Directive 97/23) certificated, it deploys the most advanced processing systems, including downward burner eccentricity, to facilitate circulation in the boiler and to increase the volume of the steam chamber; the absence of tubes in the lower part facilitates water-side cleaning. The large diameter burner improves output and complies with the values of stack emissions. The cavity front door can be totally inspected. The three smoke circuit functioning (first and second in the burner, third in the tubes) increases the output. The large diameter shell is equipped with inspection doors. The smoke chamber can be easily opened and has flanged body.
