ICA proposes the CSV40 N-NTS and CSV40 PAKET lines, highly flexible vertical packaging machines. These lines easily adapt to a wide product range (coffee, flour, biscuits, candies and pasta, etc), according to the desired filling system (dosers, weighers or multi-head). It is possible to obtain bags, square bottom packets with upright fin or flat head and four corners sealed packs to increase the packaging elegance and stability also with lighter films. The last news of lines is the option to apply the thin cardboard strip over – front/back and bag bottom – to enrich and customize the packaging more and more. It is also possible to apply the degassing valve and pack in modified atmosphere to preserve the product freshness and make it last for long (especially in the coffee sector). The CSV40, like all the ICA lines, is characterized by a quick size format change and high customization levels, to meet the production needs of all of our customers.
