Whenever homogenous grinding for products such as salami or hamburgers needs to be achieved, Iozzelli TCS VAC mixer-grinder is the solution thanks to its premixing bowl equipped with non-intermeshing paddle shafts enabling a perfect blend of meat proteins and fats before grinding stage. Available in several executions: 150 and 180 grinding head, 400, 600, 850 and 1200 litre premixing bowl, such a machine meets the needs of both large and small producers. These machines are equipped with Iozzelli “extermination” grinding system: according to the knives shaft used this mechanical device turns knives twice faster (whenever hard meat has to be processed) or at the same speed as grinding screw (for other kinds of meat). PLC control drive for setting premixing times and cycles, 95 or 200-litre column loader, unger cutting system and executions for mortadella and finely-ground sausages processing (featuring more performing motors and special grinding systems) are on demand also available.
