Since 1962 the company Dolzan has been producing packaging systems for a variety of industries, food industry included. The automatic packaging machine can shape flour bags (0.5 to 5 kg) from the roll, and can be equipped with volumetric auger fillers. Format change-over is quick (20 minutes max.), and allows to quickly shape the bags containing products in powder (such as cocoa, powder milk, flours, icing sugar, etc.) Using heat-sealable materials including paper multi-layers (hermetic) films, the machine can work even in modified atmosphere. In warm seasons, this prevents the proliferation of bugs and facilitates exports. In the packaging of products such as mixed flours with or without gluten (spelt, chickpea or cereals), the cleaning of the dosing unit can be performed quickly without using tools. The structure of both packaging and dosing units is in painted stainless steel; the machine can produce bags of different sizes: 185×300, 285×400, 400×600, 600×900 mm.
