Filling of spreadable chocolate cream

PMR System Group manufactures packaging equipment, linear modules or rotary monoblocs, designed according to specific customer needs. Among the latest installations stands out the filling, capping and labelling unit for spreadable chocolate in containers from 20 to 500 cc with productivity of about 1200-1500 pph.

The unit is equipped with a blowing machine which cleans the containers with ionized air. The hopper has two exits with inter-space for maintaining the appropriate temperature and preserve the semi-dense consistency of the product. The filling station features three nozzles; all parts in contact with the product are stainless steel Aisi 316. The seals are suitable for food contact and easily cleanable.

The capping station is equipped with automatic feeding of twist-off and plastic screw caps. The line integrates the M3010 labeller that applies upper seal and a wraparound label on the jar. The control and monitoring take place via a user-friendly touch creen.
