Alfatek Bottling Plants produces the entire range of isobaric machines suitable for filling carbonated products such as beer: the innovative BHPE series (Beer High Pressure Electropneumatic) equipped with 6 to 90 valves.

This is the most advanced generation of isobaric machines currently in the catalogue, designed to meet specific needs of foamy and carbonated products. The innovation of this isobaric machine lies in a new electronic valve that speeds up filling times by reducing the oxygen present in the product.

The filling phases are managed by solenoid valves controlled by PLC and include: pre-evacuation; pressurization; valve-opening; filling; self-levelling; gas evacuation. The main features are: Reinforced structure; bottle-holding piston anchored on top, with mechanical movement; gas evacuation times parametrized by a touch-screen; lower format change-over times; disinfection with CIP cleaning. The electronic isobaric valve is covered by an international patent.
