Galdi recently presented the new model of its RG270UCS filler for ESL products. Technological upgrade derives from the analysis of customer needs and suggestions; it is aimed to improve productivity while meeting the stringent hygiene and safety standards of the food industry. Complying with 3-A UL/CSA % FDA standards, this new filler has kept its working and maintenance user-friendliness unchanged, and has been integrated with several important technical advances, as: accurate metering with “zero contamination” thanks to sterile air overpressure in the product tank and in the filling area; Reduced bacterial contamination during production ensured by disinfection with peracetic acid for the areas in indirect contact or not in contact with the product; reduced cleaning time and costs thanks to automatic cleaning with ad hoc cycles and to the 3-A UL/CSA certified system for automatic foaming cycles; reduced power consumption and costs for carton-welding compared to the previous model.
