To meet the request of the spirits sector, Bertolaso designed a machine offering higher performances with no loss of alcoholic content. The first module consists in an electro-pneumatically driven rinsing machine, where the gripping force is guaranteed by the grippers, whereas the correct dripping is provided by their optimal angulation. To preserve the bottle integrity, plastic materials have been used for the contact parts with the bottle, and a different opening system of the nozzle needing a minor force to lift the bottle. The valve opening time is determined by the management system and not by the time the bottle remains below the nozzle. One of the peculiarities of these lines is the quick format changeover, even on the capper. The stainless steel capper is designed for high flexibility and quick and precise interventions on the machine. The heads can be easily replaced in order to handle different types of caps. Thanks to the presence of several cap chutes, there is no need to change the chutes used for caps distribution.
