Enoitalia presents a semiautomatic filling & corking monobloc adjustable according to customer needs. The system consists of: AISI 304 stainless steel desk on wheels, with a length of 1400 or 2000 mm; bottle filler available in both gravity and vacuum versions; corking system for cork stoppers (both in the pneumatic and motorized versions), screw caps and crown caps.

The system is completed by a bottle blowing or rinsing station. It can be integrated with dosing pumps, carton filters, electric compressor. The main features of the corking system are: Cap diameter 22-26 mm; cap height 50 mm max.; bottle height 375 mm max. Those of the crown capping system are: Cap diameter 26 mm, bottle diameter 195 mm max., bottle height 375 mm max. The screw caps system uses smooth non pre-threaded capsules with a diameter of 31.5 mm, a height of 24 mm and a maximum bottle height of 340 mm.
