Entirely in stainless steel, they are available in two models: F-250 is the smaller and less expensive version, ideal for standard croissants; F-230 can process different types of croissants, as mini and maxi croissants of different thickness, as well as sweet and salty dough.
The picture shows the smaller table-top version; this machine has no adjustments and can roll up to 850 croissants/h. Equipped with a professional 8.18 kW motor, it can work for six – 8 hours per day ensuring minimum consumption. Very silent, it is provided with food-grade belts to guarantee hygiene. Weighing only 23 kg, it is very easy to move, and at the end of the job, it can be stored even in narrow spaces.
