Hollywood is an automatic crate wrapping machine that uses film or extruded net. Once cut, film and net are glued to the box with a hot-melt system. Proposed by Rev Packaging Solution, this machine can be used with different case sizes on automated or manual lines. Two main features distinguish it from other machines of the same type: the possibility of processing smaller crates in double or triple rows simultaneously; and the possibility of wrapping the crates with extruded flat net without coupling it to film, thus significantly reducing packaging costs. Format change-over is completely automated, and recepies can be recalled from the control panel; possibility of processing 1, 2 or 3 fruit cases simultaneously. The main technical properties are: maximum box height 300 mm, in single and double layer of fruit; use of extruded net without coupled film; colour touch screen control panel with simple and intuitive interface; high capacity of film or net, reel diameter up to 390 mm; easy replacement of the reels thanks to a pneumatic expandable shaft; infeed/exit height 300 mm; stainless steel Aisi 304 structure, with anodized aluminium and plastic materials; capacity from 20 to 50 packs/min.
