La Parmigiana, producing machines and plants for fresh and dry pasta since 1949, introduces the new cous-cous line. Entirely automatic, this line achieves a capacity of 300 kg/h. The main advantage is its compact size, which makes it ideal for medium-small manufacturers, while guaranteeing the quality of more pasta categories. Being able to diversify their production, small artisans have the chance to enter new markets. This technologically advanced line is based on the concept of artisanal production, and allows to produce a cous-cous with the kick of home-made cous-cous. The simple construction guarantees long-term reliability with reduced maintenance, which can be easily performed even by unskilled staff.
