Counter-top tempering machines bench-top Bilait Adam K6 are ideal for pastry shops, restaurants and all other food businesses that would like to begin producing chocolate, or that would like to increase their production capacity.

The machine can operate on a continuous cycle for days on end, allowing the user to temper 20 kg of solid chocolate in just 4 and a half hours (6 kg of chocolate every hour and a half). The vibrating table is equipped with a motorised vibrator that can be easily disassembled and washed in the dishwasher.

The instrumentation and electrical system of the machine comprise a 4.3 inch touch screen display with built-in multi-function program (three operating  modes: Manual, automatic and standby); electronic dosing; temperature management; remote control and remote support functions. The program is open to future updates.

Built in stainless steel, the machine has following features: weight: 67 kg, size 840x500x470 mm; basin diameter 200 mm; basin capacity 6 kg; outlet pipe length 270 mm, vibrating table width 525 mm; power supply 1.5 kW 230 V, 50/60 Hz.
