Multivac Marking & Inspection offers a variety of labelling, marking and inspection solutions, including the Baseline series with conveyor belt. The picture shows the basic model L300 for medium-small capacities, suitable for integration in packaging lines and for applying the labels on the top, bottom and side of the pack. Its main technical specifications are LD 100 label dispenser for top and bottom label; MC 08 control/ operation; speed max. 40 m/min; label carrier width 150 mm; conveyor belt length 625/1500 mm; conveyor belt width 290 mm. Models L310 and 330 provide flexibility in terms of label position, product handling, printing and inspection. Model L310 is suitable for applying labels on the top and bottom of the pack, and can be connected with a thermo-sealing line; whereas Model L 330 can be connected to a thermoforming line. For a reliable marking, a wide range of solutions is available providing for higher safety: label preview on the control terminal; automatic loading of the print layout; label and marking control by means of optical inspection.
