Control Techniques, an Emerson Industrial Automation-owned manufacturer of motion control technology, is today celebrating its 40th anniversary. The company, which is headquartered in the UK, was originally founded as KTK on 4 October 1973. KTK became Control Techniques on 9 December 1975 and was acquired by Emerson (NYSE: EMR) on 30 November 1994. Enrique Miñarro Viseras, President of Control Techniques, says: “I am proud to be leading this fantastic company.
