Emilos’ bag emptying station is an all-in-one device, comprising a vibratory screen Mod. SLP 600 and a suction hood. To facilitate opening during the cleaning phases, the system is equipped with quick releases and flip-up bag chute.

The design of the double-groove screen holder allows autonomy when changing the screen. The bottom is conical with side lateral opening for the discharge of the sifted product. Other features include the spring guard and vibrator, the carriage with three non-marking wheels.

The installed motovibrator works at 1400 to 3000 rpm. Entirely built in Aisi 304L or 316L stainless steel, it can be manufactured in ATEX, zone 22 execution. The structure is also available with customized height and diameter.
