At Drinktec’s latest edition, Movex exposed its best technologies dedicated to dry running applications: The patented PFX, MX, BluLub and Titanium White materials and the wide range of conveyor components including modular mats, chains, bearings, guides, profiles and feet.

PFX, in particular, is a plastic compound specially developed for chains and mats with limited lubrication or for dry applications, where the need for speed, performance and efficiency are extreme. Developed to reduce friction between the chain and the product, this material is certified for direct food-contact and it is available for over 1500 modular conveyor belts and 200 plastic chains.

Its properties contribute to improve the control of total costs and sustainable conveyor technology. The fluorescent orange colour provides high visibility to ensure safe use. Solutions such as Zero Contact, the fixed-beam modular curve, and Zero ATP, the world’s smallest patented active transfer plate, are also available in the catalogue.
