Among these are the automatic cartoner GEA and the horizontal automatic carton sleever ICE. The carton sleever is designed to wrap cardboard blanks around single or multipack products. Perfect for customizing the packaging of fruit and vegetable trays, meat and poultry, cold cuts and salami, ready-made dishes, sauces and soft drinks.
The photo shows the GEA cartoner, among the company’s particularly requested solutions, available in intermittent and continuous version to insert into preformed boxes products packed in flowpack, thermoformed trays, frozen and non-frozen products, ready-to-eat dishes.
To complete the automatic packaging cycle, the company also supplies vertical and lateral cartoning machines, tray packers and wrap around machines, Cartesian and robotic palletizers. The machines are customizable and also available in aluminium-stainless steel and 100% stainless steel versions and ready for Industry 4.0.
