GEA butterfly valves are characterized by their compact size, long-life gaskets and low energy consumption.

Their carefully designed flow paths free from dead corners or cracks minimize product loss and ensure high hygiene. Many models are available in the catalogue, including the T-smart 7 series, produced in many variants to meet the needs of any application.

Hygienic design without dome and sump, easy mounting and low maintenance maximize production time. The valves are vacuum-proof and are constructed with parts in contact with the product made of AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel (other materials are available on request).

Significant technical features: Metal stops, air-spring and air-air variants, integrated T.VIS interface, actuator available in two sizes (DN 125 and DN 150), low switching torque, one-piece flange design. Butterfly valves operate at ambient temperatures from 0 to 45°C and can also be used in outdoor areas provided they are protected from frost.
