For over 30 years Vimac Italia has been producing mini dairies on containers, both stationary and mobile. The prefabricated VCM Monoblocs are characterised by perimeter frames made with (2 mm thick) zinc-plated metal profiles joined by welding. Based on this experience, the company now offers a range of equipment for the dairy sector, as butter churns, for example.

These stationary machines with rotary shaft are entirely built in stainless steel Aisi 305, with satin non-stick interior finish. Equipped with inspection porthole, safety against accidental opening, rotation speed adjustment of the blades and drain tap, the butter churns are available with pedestal support (100 and 150 litre versions) to place them on the floor.

They feature powerful and silent single-phase powered engines (220V), with sturdy multiple palettes that allow a high yield of butter and very short processing times. All churn components can be easily disassembled for washing and perfect sanitation of the machine.
