The salting machine SAT is designing and manufacturing by Cad Project in San Pietro 
Mosezzo (Novara). This automatic machine salts the wheels of cheese uniformly. It’s for the search of the uniformity of salting that get on Cad Project to find innovative system. The salting machine is made of stainless steel and it is available in differents types according to the needs. In every machine there are two dosing of salt and function automatically and independently. In the machine there is the possibility to recover the salt as for the load as for the recycling of the salt in excess. Every phase of process is checked by control pannel and it is possible set up the time and the speed of the salting. For the highly production of the salting machine it is necessary the presence of two operators, for load and unload the wheels.
