Dell’Oro proposes Triplex, a machine equipped with conveyor belt in anodized aluminum, synthetic belt with strips and inverter for varying the speed.

Equipped with a stainless steel hopper for collecting almonds, the unit has stainless steel side walls, and is completely enclosed in a Plexiglas structure to keep the steam on the previously bleached almonds.

The belt continuously feeds the automatic almond peeling machine, which is composed of three peeling stations with six cylinders of soft, adjustable toothed rubber that rotate at different speeds. With a single load, the almonds undergo three cleaning phases thanks to the gravity. Three fans separate the peels from the fruits.

All contact parts with the product are in stainless steel or food-grade. The unit , which does not require a fixed operator to operate, is fitted with eight 0.37 kW motors. It can process 100 kg/h in one cycle.
