The proving chambers from MCE Meccanica feature an aluminium structure with modular panels of 40 mm thickness, sandwich type. The Dat-Tech generator that produces a mixture of heat and steam is made in stainless steel Aisi 304 (each unit is suitable for conditioning 10-12 cu.m.). The chamber is equipped with controller that adjusts the temperature and the quantity of steam; and hygrostat, for a constant and accurate monitoring of humidity. The number of racks and doors depends on the needs of each customer. The machine is in accordance with European directives. Technical specifications of the proving chamber: feeding 3 ph. + neutral – 230/400 V, 50-60 Hz frequency. On request, special tension and stainless steel base are available.
