Gandus offers vertical FFS packaging machines and dosing systems for grain and powder products (biscuits, coffee, snacks, candies, chocolate, pastries, rice and bakery products in general) like the vertical packaging machine Form-Fill-Seal Micro 400 and accessories such as loading funnels, infeed/exit conveyor belts, vibrating channel weigher, printing unit, revolving table.

Characterised by minimum encumbrance , this line can handle various materials (polyethylene, Bopp, AL/PE, paper/PE, Coex, polypropylene) and allows to produce packages (pillow bags, bags with sharp or round corners, bags with square bottom) starting from a reel of heat-sealable film.

Fully managed by PLC Siemens S7 1500, with speed control via touch-screen, it is equipped with: 3-phase motor and inverter with self-centering belts; programmed recipes for parameter storage; encoder for setting the bag length; film centering; interface with automatic feeding and dosing systems; rest for the weighing heads incorporated in the frame to reduce the overall dimensions.
