The Sidel Aseptic Combi Predis is a very compact aseptic solution that offers dry preform decontamination, blowing, filling and capping on a single machine. The preform decontamination technology employs the injection of Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) into the preform just before it enters the oven.

The heating stage ensures a high level of decontamination. Critical parameters are continuously monitored to ensure the full production sterility, product integrity and food safety, regardless of the product characteristics. The same dry decontamination technology is applied to caps with Capdis, ensuring a dry aseptic packaging.

FDA certifies, this solution ensures a 100% aseptic filling environment, with continuous production run of 200 hours between cleaning and sterilisation cycles. It does not require use of water and almost chemicals for preform decontamination: H₂O₂ <0,7 l/h. The aseptic output range spans from 10,000 to 60,000 bottles per hour.
