To celebrate its 55th year of activity, at the latest Drinktec A DUE presented innovations that guarantee the quality and safety of water and beverages. Easy.AirBox purifies air in contact with sensitive products and processes, protecting them from airborne contamination.

Chemicals are replaced by filtration and disinfection technologies (pre-filter, UV sanitizing lamp and HEPA H14 antibacterial filter), with fully automated process management. Easy.RM allows for the preparation of water according to customer needs by precisely dosing flavours and/or salts.

An automated, self-contained modular unit with operator station complete with monitor offers dispensing accuracy up to 2 ppm thanks to sensor-controlled ingredient loading. The photo shows Easy.SherpaV, thanks to digital technologies, this new vision system ensures the correct performance of manual dosing operations during the beverage preparation.

Suitable for minor liquid and powdered ingredients, the unit has the following characteristics: Reduction of production waste, increased productivity, full product traceability, 4.0 up-grade of the preparation plant.
