Extraction of vegetable proteins from legumes

The machine for extracting vegetable proteins from legumes proposed by TAS consists of two extraction chambers.

Thanks to a specially designed process of heat transfer, ultrasound and stirring, vegetable proteins can be extracted from legumes without damaging the product externally.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the plant is washable by CIP and is controlled by an electrical panel equipped with touch screen and PLC for automatic management and visualization of all production phases. In addition to the two extraction chambers, the plant comprises a positive displacement pump, two ultrasonic emission units, the CIP washing system and the electrical panel in a stainless-steel box.

The extraction chambers can be sized according to customer’s needs and supplemented with specially designed stirrers. The positive displacement pump is useful for both finished product transfer and wash solutions.
