Besides its range of analyzers for measuring concentration (°brix) in sugar beverages, Maselli Misure has studied a different solution for laboratory and process for the concentration measurement in diet and functional beverages  (%diet, total acidity). In laboratory: fast, easy, accurate and cheap analysis these are some of the features of DR 10 – Easy Diet differential refractometer (picture), the new laboratory instrument created for measuring the concentration of diet or no-added sugar beverages, including carbonated soft drinks, flavoured waters and functional beverages. The on-line analysis of beverages is carried out by the an IB-05 (picture), which includes: UR21 refractometer analyzer, UC04 carbometric analyzer, MR02 receiver, a frame with control board, recirculation pump and pipino. All the components are interconnected and the unit only requires the power supply to work. It’s possible to connect more analyzers to Multilab software, thus enabling the staff to control and modify all the functions and parameters set on the online devices.
