OriQ BakedProducts is an automated system for real-time quality control of baked goods.

Designed by Oripan to perform in-line the tests usually performed in the laboratory, it minimizes the time between the detection of any defects and corrective interventions, improving the timeliness of actions and the consistency of product quality.

The system performs measurements without the need for operator intervention and produces comprehensive reports to support traceability and compliance with company standards or customer requests. The quality checks are defined within the recipe: For each product the system compares the measured values with target benchmarks and tolerances, and key parameters such as weight, volume and density.

At the end of the test, the system generates an automated quality score for each sample analysed. If the quality score assigned is not within target tolerance, the quality control department is immediately informed. Integrated with the OFS platform, it enables in-depth analysis to identify the causes of quality deviations, whether in upstream processes, raw materials or machine settings, allowing timely interventions to restore the process to optimal specifications.
