Facchinetti is one of the world’s benchmarks for the design and manufacture of cutting machines for the cheese industry. Today the company is present in five continents and over thirty countries: An important milestone that has required many years of commitment and passion for technological innovation.
For years the company has embarked on an internationalization strategy and has won customers by supplying them with machines for all types of cheese. Among these, also the SAG02 dry salting machine in the photo, made especially for a traditional Italian cheese like Pecorino Romano.
The entire machine structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel; it is fully washable, even with foam. The machine allows brushing, washing and salting in the cradle; the parameters concerning salting times and dosing grids can be configured so that the first and second salting process occur in the first section of the machine.
Then the cheese is turned and salted, always with configurable times and interchangeable salt-dispensing grids. Other features are: Stainless motors; Siemens electronics; production capacity 250 wheels/h; touch-screen control panel IP65 with emergency start & stop buttons; interlocked inspection doors; multi-language software.
