For the dairy sector, the Company designed reliable technologies to preserve the quality of the product, ensure maximum sealing of the packaging and facilitate the hygiene of mechanical parts in contact with food.
To improve product flow, the weighers have a surface coating made of non-stick materials; food-contact parts are made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel with plain or embossed sheets. To increase plant efficiency and prevent production stops, the packaging machines are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including anti-obstruction systems entering the forming tube and settling the product in the package.
MAP technology extends the product shelf-life thanks to a digital flow-meter with gas input times that can be set from the display. The equipment for the dairy sector can create pillow bags with square bottom and four seals, doy-packs, and jars. The machines use monomaterial recyclable films, paper, as well as compostable and biodegradable films.
