In order to improve and optimize production, Pava Resine has created an internal research and development laboratory that deals daily with qualified partners and universities (University of Padova, University Ca’ Foscari of Venice, and the National Research Council in Padova). The common denominator in all areas of the company is the word quality, guaranteed by a number of certifications: UNI EN ISO 9001-2000, Encoper R-102, certification for contact with food (EU), fire reaction, VOC emissions, asbestos encapsulation, anti-slip surfaces, antibacterial films. The formulates are based on epoxy and polyurethane resins, without solvents and noxious substances, suitable for the food & beverage industry. Using adhesion primer, the company optimized the adhesion on different types of base. Dust-proof and anti-slip coatings are possible, with following features: surface impermeability, resistance to shocks and abrasion, chemical resistance, levelling. Floors show a good resistance to liquid acid substances, and are continuous, thus preventing the accumulation of durt or bacteria.
