Unlike conventional systems relying on steam or other heating systems mostly based on hot air circulation, this technology enables a rapid and even heat transfer within the product. Radio frequency machines are rather small in size and modular, so that additional production capacity can be easily added at any time.
The PLC control allows the operator to set the appropriate process recipe for each product. Sanitization takes place without additional chemicals or preservatives to reduce environmental impact and potential food contamination and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
