To respond to request for highly hydrated doughs, the company has developed the SPV line, which includes compact mixers ideal for bakeries, pizzerias and pastry shops. A versatile variable speed mixer for high-hydration doughs, manufactured with solid and reliable mechanics, ideal for high hydrations, indirect method such as biga or sourdough.

The mixers in this series have the following features: Dough capacity from 5, 20, 40, 60 kg; bowl, kneading tool and central column in stainless steel; belt transmission and chains; one or three-phase power supply with 10-speed inverter; timer as standard; paint with non-toxic food-grade powders. A safety device locks the machine when the bowl guard is raised.
