The company’s activity is focused on design, construction, and installation of automatic and semi-automatic machines, in stand-alone or monobloc or tribloc versions, for wine, beer and oil bottling, including corking, capping and wire-hooding machines as well as cartoning machines. The machines are suitable for productions between 600 and 3000 bottles per hour. The range includes also specific machines for the production of sparkling wines and champagne according to the classical (Champenoise) method. The range of OMBF includes the semiautomatic Tribloc Mod. 2011S-MRTG/1 (average production 300 bph). This machine combines in a single machine the functions of filling, corking and wire-hooding. The isobaric filling unit is equipped with 4 filling valves that enable the filling of two bottles at a time; the corker handles with natural champagne corks (or plastic T-shaped corks); and the wire-hooding unit is suitable for the application of 4-leg wire hood. The bottles are loaded and unloaded manually by an operator. This model is designed for small productions of wine obtained through the classical charmant method and beer.
