Quinti manufactures oil filling machines complete with capsulating, capping and labelling systems. Of compact design, the machines can reach outputs of 800 bottles per hour. The labelling unit installed on the machine can apply front/back adhesive labels fed by two separate reels, on round or square bottles. A version for applying front/back labels from a single reel for round bottles is available as well. These compact labelling units directly installed on the machine, allow the filling, closing, capsuling and labelling on one machine. With an optional device, the machine can even perform de-aeration and gas injection operations during the filling, for a higher quality filling. The same labelling units can be installed on monoblocs for the filling of beer and wine of the Easy Line System series. All machines are designed in order to be extremely functional and customizable with optional equipment, as the thermal or mechanical encapsulating unit and capsules plateau.
