FV 025 stainless steel vertical packaging machine proposed by Tecno Pack in left version, electronic five-axis with cantilever has hygienic design and is coated with rustproof epoxy powder (RAL 9007).
The anodized aluminium vertical panel is equipped with the machine’s functional components: doors, covers and protection with safety micro switches according to EC regulations. Easy to clean and maintain, the cantilevered assembly of functional units prevents the accumulation of product residues and the formation of bacteria or mold. All parts in contact with the product are in Aisi 304 stainless steel.
The longitudinal sealing unit pulls the film through belts on the forming tube, driven by two brushless motors with epicyclical reducer. The sealing bar is 420 mm long. Other technical characteristics are: 6 kW installed power; 400 V/50 Hz three-phase power supply; air consumption: 20 Nl/min of compressed air filtered at 6 bars; 520 mm max film width.
