CDA 1012 is a line proposed by SIG for aseptic filling of beverages. Characterized by four tracks for a productivity up to 12,000 pieces per hour, it is suitable for filling 500, 750 and 1000 ml cartons.

This combined filler, whose dimensions are 9338x6387x4250 mm, can be equipped with Combidome drinksplus kit for handling light carton containers that are as stable and easy to handle as a bottle. With its sleek, elegant shape, combidome features a central pouring opening allowing consumers to easily pour the product without spillage, drips or content left inside.

Furthermore, the wide opening is ideal for drinking straight from the carton. While the screw closure screws back on securely for safe transport. Its unique shape – a combination of carton and bottle that stands out on the shelf – with a large printable surface allows to communicate product information or brand messages instantly and effectively.

The pack, largely made from FSC-certified paperboard, is fully recyclable. Combidome filling machines also support the production of a vast array of product variants in a range of viscosity levels.
