For over thirty years DZ trasmissioni has been producing standard bevel gearboxes ZP and DZ (photo), in addition to a special production made according to customer drawings, or internally designed to meet each and every need, through a production structure based on a “zero miles” network of external artisans that allow great flexibility, response speed and deliveries even to the most demanding customers. Some time ago, a completely stainless steel DZ series was born, which is widely used in “food machinery”, especially in the beverage sector. In fact, the special design of the AISI 316L stainless steel monobloc guard, made in lost wax casting unlike many units made with guards built through welding processes, prevents oxidation attacks exactly where the weld is made, where the structure of the material is changed, creating over time unpleasant oxidation spots that can be tolerated on certain applications but which are absolutely banned in machines intended not only for the industry but also for dairy plants and/or milk-processing plants.
